Pre-operative wait times in high-grade non-endometrioid endometrial cancer: Do surgical delays impact patient survival?

•Regionalization of surgery for high-grade endometrial cancer did not have a negative impact on surgical wait times.•Survival was inferior for patients who had surgery 45 days or later from their first gynecologic oncology appointment.•Patients with long wait times were more likely to be of low SES and less likely to have had staging or adjuvant treatment.
