Abstract
•A fast and effective isolation method for arsenic species from seafood was developed.•Six arsenic species were separated with one anion exchange chromatographic column.•The degree of high sensitivity, precision and accuracy of our methods was confirmed.•Speciation analysis was successfully applied to different types of matrices.•Arsenobetaine was the dominant compound in the tested samples of seafood.
