Abstract
This article presents a higher-order mode (HOM) multiple-beam klystron (MBK) with a multiple-gap output cavity that operates at 9.3 GHz. There are a total of 12 beams in the klystron, and each beamlet has a current of 12 A. The klystron has a beam voltage lower than 60 kV.
