The current situation of the development of domestic and international wisdom pension service products and models.

OBJECTIVE: To review the development status of domestic and foreign smart elderly service products and models, and propose ways to improve the development of smart elderly in China, to provide a reference for promoting the rapid development of smart elderly service in China. METHODS: Literature review method, by systematically combing domestic and foreign literature, to understand the development status of smart elderly care from wearable smart devices, smart home, and smart elderly care development mode. RESULTS: The development of foreign wisdom pension is more mature, the research of wisdom pension products is more in-depth, the degree of intelligence is high, the system of wisdom pension model is more perfect, and each standard system and legal norms are sound, which can provide a reference for the development of wisdom pension in China. Conclusion: China's wisdom pension products can be improved by breaking the "information barrier" between platforms, deeply mining data related to the elderly, and inviting users to participate in the early stage of product development; the wisdom pension service model can be improved by sound industry standards and legal system, and establishing professional senior care service teams.
