摘要
Since the complexity of excitation and fluid fluctuation, vibration problems of the hydraulic pipeline system used in watercraft are commonly existing and almost unavoidable, which could affect the efficiency of pipeline transportation and cause safety accidents. This paper works out a pipeline support device based on structures with negative Poisson’s ratio to reduce vibration transmission between the pipeline and the bottom of the ship. First, finite element analysis and modal experiment are carried out to verify the accuracy of the model. Second, a comparison study for vibration isolation effects by harmonic response analysis is carried out between ordinary supports and negative Poisson’s ratio structure supports. Numerical simulation results indicate that structures with negative Poisson’s ratio support show good performance for vibration isolation. Finally, the influence of the concave angle on stress, based on vertical natural frequency, and vibration isolation effect are discussed. It is revealed that 40° is an optimal parameter with superior vibration isolation effect.
