在辨证论治结合异病同治的原则指导下,运用李东垣的补中益气汤,借助古方之妙,古方今用,从主证病机入手,结合现代疾病诊断和现代中药药理学研究,在对脾胃病的治疗中常拥有极佳的临床疗效.本文列举了李吉彦教授应用补中益气汤治疗的3则典型病案,总结其灵活运用补中益气汤临床辨证的经验.
