Abstract
成都中医药大学对中医学"5+3"一体化的人才培养模式做出了积极探索,以"院校教育与师承教育相结合"为抓手,将一体化学习分为中西医基础与传统文化教育、经典学习、临床专业教学与师承融入、临床实践与师承并存等4个阶段,设立相应考核机制,为培养中医卓越人才发挥积极作用,取得了一定成效.
