Abstract
教学督导在提高高校教育教学质量方面发挥了重要作用,针对目前高等中医药院校存在教学督导工作职能单一、督导队伍建设不健全、深入临床实践环节缺乏、教学督导人员的针对性培训不足、反馈整改体系不完善等问题,还不适应新时代教育教学改革发展的要求,本文对高等中医药院校教学督导模式及管理体制进行分析,提出构建具有中医药特色的教学督导的运行机制.
