Abstract
中风后抑郁(post-stroke depression,PSD)是中风病的严重并发症之一,发病率高,西医治疗PSD药物毒副作用大,且需长期服药,许多患者不能坚持而被迫停止治疗.刘玉洁教授发挥中医药优势,深入研究其病因病机,将其分型为胆郁痰扰证、肝胆郁热、枢机不利证、肝郁血虚证、肝肾阴虚证、气虚血瘀证进行辨证施治,临证中注重从痰瘀论治、标本同治,从肝胆论治,注重形神共治,取得了良好疗效.
