猪增生性肠炎的诊断及其在猪群中感染的调查

Abstract
针对江西某猪场肥猪出现血便症状,取病变肠组织提取DNA,采用猪胞内劳森菌荧光定量PCR试剂盒检测,并对PCR扩增产物进行序列测定和分析,结果表明,其与胞内劳森菌参考序列(AM180252.1和CP004029.1)同源性为100％.同时采集7个猪场的正常猪群粪便通过猪胞内劳森菌的荧光定量PCR检测方法进行检测,结果显示,猪增生性肠炎在各猪场的感染率为16.7％～40％,平均感染率为30.06％.
