Abstract
痛风是嘌呤代谢紊乱、尿酸生成或排泄障碍所引起的疾病[1],约 12％～35％ 的痛风患者逐渐发展为痛风石.临床上足部痛风石尤其以第一跖趾关节常见,影响足的美观和功能,且急性发作时给患者造成巨大的痛苦.本次研究采用外科重建手术治疗30 例足部第一跖趾关节痛风石患者,观察临床疗效,现报道如下.
