Abstract
当储罐罐壁遭受罐顶部自重力量或罐内所装油料的液体压力挤压,其径向就会形成向外凸出,当储罐罐壁遭受外力的撞击,其径向就会形成向内凹陷,外凸和内凹处会形成龟裂,龟裂处长期被液体腐蚀罐内介质有泄漏的风险,污染环境或引发火灾.罐壁的检测显得尤为重要.阐述采用三维激光扫描技术对罐壁进行检测,可实现自动化,工作效率高、检测精度高.
