Abstract
以OsWD40过表达T6代水稻为材料,考察不同时间盐胁迫条件下,转基因水稻的生理响应特性.结果表明:在盐胁迫条件下,与对照品种日本晴相比,转基因水稻的叶片相对含水量较高而电导率增加较缓,总蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性提高,具有较好的耐盐性.
