Abstract
采用光学金相显微镜等手段分析17-4P H钢经1050℃固溶处理后,分别在760℃、800℃、850℃进行调整处理对金相组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:17-4P H钢固溶处理后经760℃调整处理马氏体板条细小,碳化物析出明显.随着调整温度的提高,强度随之上升,塑性指标下降.由此得出,17-4P H钢固溶处理1050℃+调整处理760℃+时效处理610℃可以获得最佳的强化效果.
