Abstract
采用热等静压制备Ti1023 (TB6)钛合金制件,再进行固溶时效处理,研究固溶时效前后Ti1023钛合金热等静压制件的拉伸性能和组织变化.结果 表明,经固溶时效处理后,热等静压制备的Ti1023钛合金晶粒减小,晶粒呈等轴状,β相基体及晶界处有大量α相析出,晶粒内部析出α相为板条状,合金的强度显著增加,塑性减小.
