Abstract
奥氏体不锈钢母材晶粒粗大,焊缝组织为柱状晶,对超声波有强烈的散射衰减和扭曲作用.采用常规的超声检测技术难以对其进行有效检测,而相控阵超声检测技术具有检测效率高、精度高、实时成像的特点,为奥氏体不锈钢的检测提供了新的方法.利用相控阵超声检测技术对奥氏体不锈钢点蚀缺陷进行检测,验证了该技术的可行性.
