Abstract
以某型装载机为例,建立轮式装载机全液压湿式制动系统的仿真模型,在典型方波制动信号下动态模拟制动回路中蓄能器压力和流量的变化,分析制动缸内压力、流量关系,探讨制动缸进口处的流量变化,制动速度变化曲线.AMEsim仿真结果表明:蓄能器充液阶段,压力轻微波动,流量变化存在一定冲击.制动时,制动缸进口流量、制动速度几乎呈线性变化,稳定性较好.轮式装载机全液压湿式制动系统仿真为装载机的设计优化和试验提供一定参考.
