Abstract
青霉素一直是治疗梅毒的一线用药,常用替代药物有第三代头孢菌素、大环内酯类和四环素类抗生素.对大环内酯类耐药的梅毒螺旋体(Tp)菌株已在全球多个地区流行,近年也有四环素类治疗梅毒失败的例子,但其耐药情况尚不普遍.本文将对Tp耐药情况、已报道的耐药突变和潜在的耐药分子机制进行综述.
