Abstract
肿瘤荧光剂应用于颅内肿瘤手术切除,可通过荧光定位肿瘤并标记肿瘤边界,引导安全、有效地切除肿瘤,提高肿瘤全切率和神经血管的功能保护率,从而延长患者的无进展生存期.目前常用的肿瘤荧光剂有荧光素钠、5-氨基乙酰丙酸、吲哚青绿,各有其优势和局限性,术中选择何种成像方式需要权衡.本文对常见的肿瘤荧光剂的特性、作用机制、使用方法、优势与局限性、临床应用等进行综述.
