Abstract

乳腺囊内乳头状癌(Intracystic papillary carcinoma,IPC)又称乳腺包裹性乳头状癌、乳腺包被性乳头状癌(Encapsu-lated papillary carcinoma,EPC),约占乳腺恶性肿瘤的0.5％～1％[1],多见于绝经后妇女[2],男性偶可发生,有研究认为与中老年男性乳房女性化及雌激素/雄激素比例升高有关[3].近年来,男性乳腺癌发病率逐渐增加,约占乳腺癌的1％,但是乳腺IPC作为一种特殊类型的乳腺癌,在临床上相对罕见.现将山东第一医科大学第一附属医院(山东省千佛山医院)收治的1例男性乳腺癌并一侧乳腺IPC报道如下,并结合文献进行讨论.
