人工智能和超声造影鉴别甲状腺TI-RADS 4~5类结节中乳头状癌和结节性甲状腺肿的诊断价值

Abstract
目的 探讨人工智能计算机辅助系统(AI-CAD)和超声造影(CEUS)鉴别甲状腺TI-RADS 4~5类结节中乳头状癌(PTC)和结节性甲状腺肿(NG)的诊断价值.方法 收集经病理证实为PTC(149例)或NG组(104例)的甲状腺TI-RADS 4~5类结节共253例,比较AI-CAD和CEUS鉴别诊断结果的差异.结果 CEUS诊断的灵敏度、特异度、准确率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及AUC均高于AI-CAD,但在TI-RADS 5类结节中的灵敏度不及AI-CAD,结果具有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论 CEUS对甲状腺TI-RADS 4~5类结节中PTC和NG具有更高的鉴别诊断价值.
