Abstract
多发性骨髓瘤是骨髓内单一浆细胞株异常增生的一种恶性肿瘤,瘤细胞自分泌及旁分泌的白细胞介素-6 (IL-6 )是骨髓瘤细胞最关键的增生和存活因子,刺激骨髓瘤细胞生长并抑制其凋亡,且在急性炎性反应过程中有重要的警示作用[1-2].现将 1 例多发性骨髓瘤 BCMA/CD19 双靶点 CAR-T 治疗病程进展过程中IL-6 水平检测报告如下.
