文章就患儿身体约束使用及身体约束缩减策略进行综述,提出要加快指南的制定、确立约束决策指标、正确运用约束工具、使用约束替代方法及加强多方沟通与协助,并建议重视护理人员的教育与培训、完善评估量表的构建,以期规范身体约束,减少身体约束对患儿的不良影响,促进患儿康复.
