磨玻璃密度肺结节的CT诊断

Abstract
随着医学影像学诊断及技术的发展,胸部CT在临床检查中的应用越来越广泛,肺内细微结构显示愈加清晰,肺结节检出率越来越高.其中,磨玻璃密度肺结节(ground-glass nodule,GGN)占 19％～38％[1],准确诊断和风险分析是制订个体化临床处理策略的基础.笔者从分类、CT技术、CT征象及病理基础、新技术应用等方面对GGN进行总结,以期为其CT诊断提供思路.
