Abstract
介绍孙克伟教授辨治胁痛的临床经验.孙教授认为胁痛的病位主要在肝胆,与脾、胃密切相关;其根本病机为肝络失和;治疗当以疏肝理气为本,肝脾同调为纲,运用疏肝理气、调节肝脾之法;临床多辨为气郁化火、湿热内蕴、瘀血内阻、肝郁脾虚四证以论治,同时结合肝脏不同基础疾病予以辨病用药,疗效显著.附验案2则,以资佐证.
