Abstract
葛根芩连汤为《伤寒论》治疗协热下利的经方,历代医家对葛根芩连汤进行不断探索,其在现代临床中的应用已经不断扩展.方朝晖教授诊疗内分泌疾病多年,对于经方的运用有着自己的心得体会和独到见解,方老师认为葛根芩连汤并非专为下利所设,原文中"喘而汗出"、"脉促"等症状在辨证论治过程中值得注重,通过该案可以看出葛根芩连汤对多汗证的治疗有良效.
