Abstract
酒渣鼻是皮肤科常见的慢性炎症性疾病,发病机制尚不清楚,治疗上较为棘手.本文以"伏邪学说"理论思想为指导,探讨伏邪与酒渣鼻发病特点及病因病机的相关性,认为伏邪是引发酒渣鼻产生的重要病理因素,且以热邪为首,热邪易伤及阴精,伏于足少阴肾,以此提出养阴扶正,透邪治表治疗原则,并倡导发挥中医学"治未病"思想,以期缩短酒渣鼻的病程,减少其复发.
