Abstract
自1989年在中卫下河沿石炭系地层发现昆虫化石以来,该地区已记述昆虫化石7目22属22种.通过研究下河沿昆虫群落及其伴生化石的特征,分析昆虫古生态古环境.结果表明,该地区的昆虫以森林昆虫、水生昆虫为主,反映出以蜻蜓类有翅昆虫为主要捕食者的复杂食物网关系.推测当时该昆虫群的生活环境为近岸、温暖的潮坪泻湖环境.
