中国与中东欧国家合作反贫困研究

Abstract
中东欧国家面临着严峻的社会贫困问题,加强国际反贫困合作已成为广泛共识."17+1"合作机制为中国与中东欧国家反贫困合作搭建了有利平台,双方通过做好合作顶层设计、丰富多边合作内涵、搭建多元合作平台、健全合作支撑体系等方式有效减贫,合作反贫困成效显著,但双方合作也面临着一定的困境.对此,可以从做好反贫困合作的制度设计、强化项目造福贫困人口的牵引作用、拓宽双边反贫困合作层面、制定中国扶贫经验融入合作路径等方面推动双方反贫困合作的路径设计.
