近年来,人工影响天气作为防灾减灾的一种重要科学手段,在促进社会经济发展特别是农业抗旱防雹、减轻或缓解灾害方面发挥了重要作用,取得了明显的社会效益和经济效益.本文对人工影响天气在吉林地区防灾减灾中的应用进行了建议,对应人工影响天气力度也不断加强,对农业生产有积极作用.
