针对生瓷带冲孔机在加工产品的过程中存在的冲针寿命问题,运用QC理论方法开展活动.开展现状调查,制定质量提升目标及检测方法,进行原因分析并确定主要因素,针对各主要因素采取相应改进措施.通过效果验证,认为本次QC活动达到了预定目标.
