直壁网孔板件的多道次渐进成形研究

Abstract
采用有限元分析软件Ansys/LS-DYNA对大成形角直壁网孔板件的三道次渐进成形过程进行了数值模拟,分析了其可成形性、成形后的网孔板材件厚度分布和厚度减薄率.当成形角为65°时,成功实现了其成形,最小厚度为0.1450 mm,最大减薄率为81.28%;当成形角为70°时,最小厚度为0.1080 mm,但板料发生破裂,成形失败.说明随着成形角的增大,可成形性降低.
