Abstract
预置电缆测调工艺技术适用于各种井斜和细分层系的分层注水,具有实时监测与调配以及封隔器在线验封功能,实现了分层调配的快速化与智能化,广泛应用于海上油田分层注水作业.本文研制了一种基于涡街流量计的井下大排量智能分层配注器,经井下测试智能配注器实现阀门开度、流量的调节以及管内外压力、井下温度、运行状态等参数测量,各项性能指标均满足现场应用要求.
