Abstract
渤海油田注水井长期注水后效果不佳,需要通过压裂提高注水能力.常规压裂工艺起下管柱时间长、作业费用高,为此设计了一种注水井不动管柱微压裂工艺.关键工具是一种新型井口保护器,其上部连接压裂管线,下部连接油管挂,压裂液不经过采油树,直接进入注水管柱.不动管柱微压裂工艺在F8等井成功应用,准备时间1 h,作业时间12 h,节省了150 h,地层吸水指数增加8.2~9.4倍.不动管柱微压裂工艺可大幅度缩短压裂作业时间,提高注水能力,为渤海油田增产增注提供保障.
