Abstract
在工业生产设备中旋转设备比较常见,一旦其发生故障,将引起工作效率降低,有的甚至导致整条机组产线停工,所以提前对设备进行故障预警就显得十分重要.文中以电机、风机、齿轮箱的振动为研究对象,利用数采器telesen8823,艾默生CSI2130振动分析仪采集信号,拾取特征频率,定位故障,体现了振动分析技术在故障诊断领域的重要作用.
