以浙江省主推品种"菁松×皓月"为对照,对全龄人工饲料工厂化养蚕专用蚕品种"中2016x日2016"的繁育性能进行独立样本t检验.结果显示:"中2016"与"菁松"的平均死笼率、克蚁收茧量没有显著的差异,"日2016"与"皓月"的平均死笼率、克蚁收茧量没有显著的差异.在克蚁制种量上,"中2016"平均克蚁制种量明显低于"菁松","日2016"平均克蚁制种量明显高于"皓月".
