为了更好稳定炼油化工设备的运行效率,提升炼油化工设备的使用寿命,本文通过理论分析,以及对相关文献的阅读理解,再结合自身的工作经验,提出炼油化工设备在运行时有复杂性、系统性、可靠性、规范性等特点,通过具体的加强可靠性分析、人员培训、应用新技术、优化设备运行、动火作业管理等,达到提升炼油化工设备运行稳定性的目的.
