随着时代的发展,中国的工业、农业和其他工业正在迅速发展,在资源开发过程中,对能源特别是石油资源的需求也在增加,但是,中国的石油资源稀缺,当石油资源匮乏时,石油价格飙升,容易造成经济波动.为了保证石油开发和使用的安全性,需要通过分析油田开发风险管理中的问题,完善风险管理方法,提高风险管理人员总体素质等措施,来进行油田开发安全管理中的风险管控.
