医保支付机制是医保制度体系最核心的机制之一,2020年2月印发的《中共中央 国务院关于深化医疗保障制度改革的意见》明确提出要建立管用高效的医保支付机制.近年来,国家层面不断加快推进疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)及区域点数法总额预算和按病种分值(DIP)付费试点工作,各地也在医保支付方式改革上做了许多有益探索.
