Abstract
大学生违规行为的根源在于个体,广泛性警示教育和防范管理措施难以从群体层面解决这一问题.驱动个体行为的认知和需求,基于认知平衡的考虑以及来自不同层面的个体需求,是违规行为发生的内在因素,因此,行为规范教育需强化规则意识,并以个体内在标准的建立为核心.
