超声波辅助提取对苜蓿总黄酮含量的影响

Abstract
以龙牧801苜蓿植株干粉为材料,采用超声波辅助提取法,对影响苜蓿总黄酮含量的4个单因素的不同水平进行比较,以分析各因素对苜蓿总黄酮提取量的影响.结果表明,在4个单因素的不同水平下,物料比1:30(g·mL-1),乙醇体积分数70%,超声波浸提时间30 min,超声波功率180 W的条件下,苜蓿总黄酮提取量最大,为4.893 mg·g-1.
