Abstract
"互联网+"时代,高等教育发生了巨大变化,对高等院校的主力军——青年教师的教学能力提出了更高的要求.本文分析了"互联网+"时代高等教育获取信息的方式、教学理念、教学方法等的转变,指出青年教师在教学工作中存在的问题,提出通过更新教学理念、探索新的教学方法、创建教师发展共同体等提高青年教师教学能力.
