Abstract
以4-吡唑苯甲醛和2-甲基喹啉为原料,通过简单高效的方法设计合成了一种喹啉衍生物新型荧光探针.利用紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱研究了探针对HSO-3的识别行为.研究结果表明,探针对HSO-3的响应明显强于其他阴离子,且不受其他阴离子的干扰,该荧光探针可用于检测亚硫酸氢根(HSO-3),探针对HSO-3的检测限为11.80 μM.
