Abstract
本文基于地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)和多准则决策(Multi-criteria Decision Making,MCDM)方法提出潮流能区划方法框架,该框架包括可开发区域研究、开发适宜性评价两个阶段,排除指标、评价指标两大指标集.同时,为降低主观偏差,将集体决策理论引入层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP),提出基于GIS的群层次分析法(Group Analytic Hierarchy Process,GAHP).通过计算得出山东省潮流能可开发区域及最适宜开发区域,为山东省潮流能电站选址提供科学依据.
