过硫酸氢钾微球的制备、缓释及灭菌性能

Abstract
为提高过硫酸氢钾(KHSO5)的稳定性和减缓其有效成分的下降速度,以KHSO5复合盐为原料,采用挤出滚圆法制备骨架丸芯,进一步包膜为缓释微球;以累计释放率为考察指标,通过单因素进行工艺优化.结果表明:当聚乙二醇-6000质量分数为35%、KHSO5复合盐质量分数为30%、阻滞剂为0.05 g/mL、致孔剂为0.003 g/mL和脂溶性膜为7层时,微球成膜性良好,形态较圆整且具有明显的膜孔;12 h内累计释放率达95.39%,符合Higuchi释药模型,释药机制以Fick扩散为主;对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的有效杀菌质量浓度均为2.0 g/L.
