基于遗传算法的BP神经网络预测石油单井产量

Abstract
针对传统预测方法建模复杂且预测精度低、传统BP神经网络算法收敛慢和可能陷入局部最优的问题,提出一种基于遗传算法的反向传播神经网络(BPANN-GA)用以预测单井产量,并进行实例分析,获得了较高精度的预测结果.该算法简单实用,预测精度较高,收敛快且避免了陷入局部最优,对石油单井产量预测工作有一定的意义.
