Abstract
利用硅胶柱色谱(CC)和薄层色谱(TLC)对玉米苞叶正己烷提取物的化学成分进行分离和纯化,结果得到3个单体化合物(1,2和3).经1H NMR,13C NMR,COSY,HMQC,HMBC波谱分析,鉴定化合物1为2-环己醇-13-甲基-24烷酸,化合物2为麦角甾醇,化合物3为β-谷甾醇.初步确定化合物1为新化合物,化合物2和3为首次从该植物中分离得到.
