Abstract
利用生物信息学方法鉴定了9个大豆GmGeBP基因,并寅基因及蛋白结构和性质、染色体分布、亚细胞定位、系统进化关系进行预测分析.结果显示,9个GmGeBP基因分布在大豆的7条染色体上,它们所编码的肽链长度在353～448个氨基酸之间,等电点范围处在4.65～9.08之间;9个GmGeBP蛋白序列中均含有1个DUF573基序;9个GmGeBP蛋白含有不同数量的丝氨酸、苏氨酸和酪氨酸磷酸化位点,且它们均定位于细胞核中;9个GmGeBP蛋白和18个拟南芥AtGeBP蛋白可分为5个进化枝.以上结果为系统研究GmGeBP基因功能提供理论依据.
