水基钻井液侵入对乌石YQ油田地层坍塌压力的影响

Abstract
水基钻井液与地层相互作用易引起测井数据失真,导致据此计算出的坍塌压力不能反映地层真实情况.为此,提出了声波时差测井资料的校正方法,并针对乌石YQ油田开展了单井原状坍塌压力计算及井壁失稳分析.室内试验结果显示,钻井液会造成岩石理化性质发生改变,其中声波时差加大尤为明显.通过校正得到原状地层声波时差,进一步获得未受钻井液影响的原状地层坍塌压力.同时,WZ2段地层因水化能力强而致整体坍塌压力增大,LS2段、LS3段泥页岩微裂缝发育,坍塌压力增幅与泥质含量成正相关.建议在WZ2段地层加强水化抑制性,在LS2段、LS3段地层加强水化抑制性及封堵性能.
