NaGdF4:Nd3+@NaGdF4核壳纳米晶的制备及其发光性质

Abstract
文章通过高温热分解法合成NaGdF4:Nd3+@NaGdF4核壳纳米晶.TEM照片显示合成的核壳纳米晶尺寸均一,分散性好,平均粒径约为18 nm.在800 nm激光的激发下,核壳纳米晶有三个特征发射峰,～900,～1050,～1350 nm,分别归属于Nd3+的4F3/2到4IJ(J=9/2,11/2,13/2)的跃迁.其中4F3/2—4I9/2跃迁发射强度受温度影响,I859/I863的相对强度比随温度升高呈现线性增大趋势,表明该材料可用于温度探测.
